Pearson Housing caters to both students and young professionals seeking co-living spaces. If you're unsure about eligibility, our booking team at booking@pearsonhousing.com is here to assist.

Simply choose your city (Toronto or Montreal), pick a room type, and select your stay dates. Then, proceed to the checkout page, fill in your details, make the payment, and your booking is complete!

Post-booking, you'll need to verify your identity, provide proof of study/work, a home address, and guarantor documents. This ensures a compatible fit for our shared living community.

Signing the lease agreement is a simple and convenient process. After selecting your desired accommodation on our website, you will be guided through the online booking process. This includes reviewing and digitally signing the lease agreement electronically.

We will provide you with detailed information about the move-in process, including check-in times and procedures. Some properties may also offer orientation sessions to help you get acquainted with the community.

Yes, we understand that international students may have unique needs. Our team can provide guidance and support to make your transition as smooth as possible.

Yes, you can schedule a virtual or in-person tour to see the room you want to book.

Complete the verification process, upload necessary documents (photo ID, study/work proof, address, emergency contact information), and pay the initial payment.

Move-in dates are set for the start and end of each month. Contact us at booking@pearsonhousing.com for specific date requests.

While each booking is individual, you can request to be placed in the same apartment. Availability determines this, so reach out to our booking team for inquiries.

It's a non-refundable fee covering application processing, contract preparation, cleaning and linen set fee.

Rent payments can be made through our online portal using various payment methods, including credit card, bank transfers, international wire tranfer, PayPal or cash. Detailed payment instructions will be provided upon booking

Yes, you can typically extend your lease if you wish to continue living in our accommodations. We recommend contacting us well in advance to discuss lease extension options.

ACCOMMODATION & SERVICES

Our properties are strategically situated near major universities and colleges in Toronto and Montreal. You can find specific location details on our website or by contacting us.

We think these services and costs are all essentials and therefore included:

  1. Fully furnished accommodation
  2. Equipped kitchen
  3. All utilities included normal use/costs of gas, water, electricity, Wi-Fi
  4. Swimming pool (if applicable)
  5. Gym (if applicable)
  6. Game room (if applicable)
  7. Library (if applicable)
  8. Sauna (if applicable)
  9. Maintenance services; fire & safety, central heating system

Yes, every kitchen is equipped with dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans and kettle. You will also have a stove, fridge and freezer combination and a microwave/oven. You can start cooking immediately after your arrival!

The pictures of the rooms tell the story, every room will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. All rooms are at minimum equipped with:

  1. Full size bed (Flex Plus, Silver, Silver Plus, Master room)
  2. Twin Size bed ( Flex basic and Flex room)
  3. Mattress protector, fitted sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillow , pillow cover
  4. Nightstand or drawer
  5. Smart TV (Flex Plus, Silver, Silver Plus, Master room)
  6. Desk, desk lamb and office chair
  7. Closet
  8. Curtains or blinds
  9. Light

Usually, it's shared with two other roommates, depending on the apartment layout.

Most rooms have shared bathrooms, but master rooms with private bathrooms are available in certain locations. (Master bedroom in Carlton and Elm location has only private washroom)

Yes, there's a small dining area near the kitchen.

All our premises have either in-unit or on-site laundry facilities.

If you encounter any maintenance issues, please report them promptly through our website or by contacting our maintenance team. We strive to address all maintenance requests promptly.

Parking spaces are not offered.

Most locations have a concierge security desk and require a key fob for building access.

A budget-friendly option, flex space is a semi-private area separated by a bookcase partition, offering basic privacy.

We offer female-only, male-only, and mixed-gender apartments, subject to availability. Indicate your preference during booking.

Regular overnight guests are not allowed due to the unique living environment. Temporary visitors are permissible.

Most locations have a concierge security desk and require a key fob for building access.

No pets of any order or species are permitted in our premises.

Losing your key can happen to anyone of us so don’t feel bad if it happens to you. If you have lost your key and you can’t enter your house or room anymore, please contact us in order to collect a new key. Please note that the costs for losing your keys are $100
